Are Chapter homes custom or pre-designed?
Chapter homes are pre-designed, but never generic. Each homes has been thoughtfully designed with considered layouts, materials and finishes in mind. Allowing us to deliver a refined, architectural home without the complexity of a fully custom build.
Can I customise a Chapter home?
Chapter homes are intentionally refined upfront to reduce decision fatigue and ensure design cohesion. While there may be limited flexibility depending on the home and site, the focus is on delivery of a finished design rather than endless options.
What does “Luxury as standard” actually mean?

Chapter homes are currently available across Queensland, from Noosa Heads down to Coolangatta, along the Gold Coast and out towards Toowoomba. Availability may vary depending on location and site suitability.
